Sales partner data processed by MyMeal is considered as data related to sales partners and is not considered personal data as described in the General Data Protection Regulation.

What Data We Process and Why

MyMeal processes your data because you use our services. We use the following data for the following purposes.

1. Registration Process

We process the data required to register you as a sales partner and to comply with our requirements under Dutch law on the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism and EU directive 2015/849 on preventing the use of the financial system for money laundering or financing of terrorism.

2. Use of Web Portal and Business Buddy App (sales partner and employees access):

As a sales partner, you can also give your employees (limited) access to the Business Buddy app via the web portal for sellers. We process the following data of the main user and the employees.

When using the web portal:

• First name and Last name
• Username
• Email address
• IP address

When using Business Buddy app:

• First name and Last name
• Username
• Email address
• IIUD
• Device ID
• Location data (needed for printing to Bluetooth printer)

Location Data Use in the Business Buddy App:

This app collects location data to improve location accuracy when finding nearby Bluetooth printers. Your location can be accessed at any time even when the app is closed or not in use.

Why We Use the Location Data:

The Business Buddy app is there to help you process your orders more efficiently, starting with printing your incoming orders. From the app settings, you can choose to print manually, print automatically, or print automatically after accepting the order. • If you contact our Customer Service department, we use the data you provide to answer your question or resolve your complaint. We process the following data for customer service:

• Comments (where applicable)

3. Customer Satisfaction Surveys

To ensure that our services match the preferences of you and our customers, any data you provide to our customer service department may be used for things like customer satisfaction surveys. We process the following data for customer satisfaction surveys:

4. Marketing Messages

We also process your data to send you (personalized) marketing messages and communications. MyMeal uses automated decision-making and profiling for the execution of the agreement with you and for improving our platform. How Long We Store Data

Sharing with Customers / Personal Data

MyMeal shares your data with the customer who has ordered from you. Customers can contact you directly if they have questions about how you handle their personal data. You and we are separate processing controllers with respect to the personal data of customers that are processed for your and our own purposes and with your and our own means and/or on behalf of you or us.
